Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
-Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints.
-Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
Required Skills:
-At least High School Graduate
-Must have 6 months BPO Voice Experience
-Good communication skills
-Willing to be process onsite
Additional Notes:
-This position will be working with global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
-Working Set-up: Onsite.
-Mondays to Fridays.
