Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
Order Management:
Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and address any issues that arise.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage.
Quality Assurance:
Assess and monitor the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet company standards.
Reporting:
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and supplier performance.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (e.g., production, finance) to ensure procurement aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and pricing.
