Job Description
*Licensed Mechanical Engineer
*Preferably with a year of relevant experience
*Ability to use Microsoft Offices for reports
*Knowledgeable in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drawings
*Be able to led a team of welders and fabricators
*Competency to perform root cause analysis and propose actionable solutions
*Can climb up and down 30 meters on stairs and can walk a distance of at least 2 kilometers daily
*Willing to work in P6 Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Reports to Projects and Improvements Manager
*Implementation of the Maintenance Job Order Process
*Verify requirement/objective
*Propose action plan to stakeholders
*Prepare purchase request for required materials, equipment and consumables
*Release the work plan
*Scheduling work
*Coordinating with stakeholders for the execution of the work plan
*Supervise the execution of the work plan
*Completion/closing of the Maintenance Job Order
*Supervise the day-to-day activities of the welders and fabricators of the Projects and Improvements Department
*Prepare weekly and daily work schedules ensuring efficient utilization of personnel, material and equipment resources
*Ensure work schedules are performed on time and in standard and quality required
*Maintain problem-free and efficient operation of the plants deep well pump and the plant well water supply system
*Submit weekly status reports and concerns
*Submit monthly accomplishment reports and action plans
*Support the activities of other departments as the need arises
*Follow and enforce company rules and regulations
