Location: Sto Cristo, Angeles City, Pampanga
Schedule: Onsite | Morning Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a background in healthcare and customer service? We’re looking for a Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our growing team!
In this onsite role, you'll support front desk operations virtually — ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and professional experience for patients from first contact to follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Accurately input and update patient records and insurance details
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing-related inquiries
Coordinate referrals and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
Proactively resolve patient concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction
Complete tasks with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Qualifications
Experience in medical administration, healthcare support, or clinical office work
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation, outbound and inbound calls.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using EHR systems
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple digital platforms
Soft Skills & Personal Qualities:
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
