Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery status, and scheduling pickups
• Handle inquiries about shipping rates, transit times, and service options
• Resolve issues related to delays, lost shipments, or damaged goods
• Coordinate between customers, drivers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations
• Meet targets for response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and tracking processes
• Computer literate with proficiency in managing shipment and order systems
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
