Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Objective
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of the accounts receivable cycle through management, maintenance, and implementation of all accounts receivable business procedures and functions of the entire process.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervise the day-to-day transactions and activities of accounts receivable.
2. Directs and monitors workflow and accounts processes.
3. Maintains accurate recordings of all financial transactions, deliveries, payments, and all financial records.
4. Ensure compliance and AR systems are upheld throughout operations.
5. Updates receivables by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed on orders and deliveries, including bank remittances.
7. Creates and submits complete and accurate reports.
8. Supervise the team to ensure appropriate staffing, efficient workflow, with consistency, timely and accurate processing of work.
9. Immediate escalation of business issues with financial impact to the immediate head or to the Management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. Accounting graduate with at least one (1) year of experience as an accounting supervisor handling Accounts Receivables (AR) personnel.
2. Well-versed in AR process and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas.
3. Data-oriented and with strong analytical skills.
4. Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.
5. Can create and recommend collection strategies.
6. With strong leadership skills in creating and developing a team.
7. Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
