The 2-Year Paid Residency Program is a high-intensity, scholarship-based bootcamp that condenses five (5) years of professional experience into two (2).
You’ll work directly with Senior Developers, receive a monthly allowance, and graduate with real-world development experience that places you in the top 1% of global talent.

Qualifications & Requirements
We don’t care where you learned to code. We care how well you can.

Must-Haves:
Solid foundation in any programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to grow.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Reliable internet connection and backup plan.
Willingness to commit to a full-time, 2-year remote program.
Available during US business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST).

Nice-to-Haves (but not required):
Previous coding bootcamp or self-directed learning projects.
GitHub or portfolio with sample code.
Understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JS, frameworks).
Familiarity with databases, APIs, or version control (Git).

Recruitment Process Overview
Our multi-stage recruitment process is designed to identify the best and brightest.

Application & Screening: Submit your application and demonstrate your programming foundation.
Initial Interview & Assessment: Engage in an initial interview with a recruiter, followed by an initial assessment that takes about 4-5 hours.
Demo & Code Review: Complete a demo project and undergo a code review to ensure quality and originality.
First Paid Assessment: Move on to a four-day paid assessment to work on a real-world task.
Follow-Up Interview: Participate in a second interview to discuss your progress and insights.
Final Paid Assessment: Engage in a twelve-day paid assessment, the last and most comprehensive evaluation.
Final Call & Evaluation: After the final demo and code review, you'll have a final call and undergo a thorough evaluation.
Acceptance: Successful candidates will receive an acceptance letter and officially join the program.
