Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Mid shift/Night Shift
Position Summary:
The Senior MS Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant helps clients improve operations, reduce complexity, and drive innovation through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. This role focuses on process transformation and delivering functional expertise across finance and potentially supply chain or project management modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert knowledge in at least two areas of Dynamics 365 (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Budgeting, Inventory, Projects).
Collaborate with Solutions Architects on solution design and functional documentation.
Support custom development and integration efforts.
Create documentation, white papers, and training material.
Lead or participate in client meetings and manage deliverables per SLAs (e.g., incidents, service requests, change management).
Communicate professionally with clients and ensure project timelines are met.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience
Experience in IT systems requirements gathering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership in managing teams and projects
Solid understanding of business management and strategy
Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days/week in McKinley, Taguig (mid/night shift)
