Job Description
Are you a licensed Architect with a flair for strategy, client engagement, and industry networking? We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive revenue, build client relationships, and expand our brand presence across the architectural and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales and Revenue
Design and implement high-impact promotional campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts with revenue targets
Analyze sales data and recommend strategic improvements
Boost Brand Visibility
Attend and represent the company in UAP events, expos, and industry gatherings
Plan sponsorships and engagements that enhance brand recognition
Utilize online platforms for wider promotional reach
Identify Growth Opportunities
Research and evaluate new markets, clients, and trends
Propose business expansion ideas aligned with company capabilities
Attend both local and international events to scout for new product innovations
Build and Maintain Client Relationships
Manage and grow key accounts through regular engagement
Address client concerns while identifying upselling opportunities
Foster long-term, trust-based partnerships
Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
Monitor competitors' promotional strategies
Recommend data-driven and differentiating approaches
Identify market gaps and propose strategic responses
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align promotions
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels
Lead cross-functional efforts in launching new business initiatives
Qualifications
Licensed Architect with solid industry knowledge
At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
Strong analytical and market research skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Willingness to travel for events, expos, and client engagements (local & international)
