Piping Foreman

* Supervising pipe installer, pipe layers and multipurpose workers activity.
* Coordinate daily work schedules and crew assignments based on the requirements
* Supervise pipe installation, alignment, joining, testing, and anchoring.
* Endure proper staging and sequencing of works to match dredging and reclamation timelines.
* Monitor welding, fusing, or mechanical joining works, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Monitor and ensure safe handling and storage of pipes and fittings.
* Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessment regularly.
* Track manpower hours, equipment usage, and productivity.
* Liaise with dredging engineers, civil teams, surveyors, and marine logistics to ensure synchronization.
* Attend site coordination and safety meetings.
* Timely submission of report to immediate superior as required by the project.

Qualification:
* Leadership, team coordination, and time management skills.
* With experience in Land Development and dredging project.
* Strong knowledge of pipe materials types, installation method, and equipment. HDPE fusion bonding knowledge is an advantage.
* Familiar with dredging operation, slurry transport, dewatering systems, and utility piping.
