Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences,
Social Science.
At least 1-year experience especially on
Compensation and Benefits (with extensive
experience in manual payroll computation
and preparation)
Computer literate.
Excellent oral and written communication
and interpersonal skills.
Goal and detail-oriented.
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-
solving skills and decision –making aptitude.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability
to prioritize important projects.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary
procedures.
