Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and prioritize dynamic calendars for the CEO and COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and extensive domestic and international travel.
2. Coordinate all aspects of executive meetings, from agenda preparation and minute-taking to distribution of materials.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives, exercising discretion and judgment.
4.Draft, edit, and proofread confidential documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
5. Conduct research and compile data to support executive analyses and presentations.
6. Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
7. Process expenses, manage office supplies, and oversee general administrative functions for the executive office.
8. Assist with special projects and company initiatives as required by the CEO and COO.
Salary:
