Job Description
2. Supervising and managing a team of warehouse worker
3. Monitoring and evaluating the performance, productivity and safety of the team
4. Scheduling and assigning task, orders and inventory
5. Ensuring the warehouse and equipment are clean and well-maintained
6. Assist warehouse loading and unloading activity
7. Implementing the management policy
8. Explaining inventory variance
9. Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site
10. Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner
11. Check all outgoing stock to ensure that they are in good condition
12. Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages
