Job Description
The HR Director leads the Human Resources department and oversees all HR operations across multiple retail branches. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The goal is to build a strong team culture and ensure smooth HR processes to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead recruitment and onboarding of store and corporate staff.
Create and manage training and development programs.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Manage performance evaluation systems and support career development.
Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination (with Finance).
Support store operations with HR-related needs and manpower planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
At least 8–10 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong background in retail or fast-paced industries is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
