Customer Service Representative Earn to 27000 Salary

What you’ll be doing:

Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries.

Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty.

Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls when necessary.

Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market.

What we’re looking for:

Ability to work in shifting schedule

Willing to work in SM CLARK

At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
Have Atleast 6months BPO Exp.

Advance computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker

Candidates with valid NBI Clearance will be prioritized

Excellent interpersonal skills

Must be at least 18 years old and above.
