Job Description
• BSN undergraduate should have at list 2-3 years or working experience.
• BSN under board exam (Fresh graduate is accepted).
• Midwifery undergraduate should have at list 2-3 years or working experience.
• Midwifery under board exam (Fresh graduate is accepted).
• Active NCII passer with certificate and BLS training.
• For applicants with NCII certificate only they should have at list 2-3 years of
experience.
Job Description
Geriatric Patient
• Vital Signs Monitoring and Recording.
• Administer Medication with doctor’s prescription.
• Secure the safety of the client.
• Assist patient to complete his/her personal care and hygiene like: Bathing, Dressing,
Eating and Grooming.
• Can able to make urgent decision if there is Emergency.
• Arrange errand if patient has hospital appointment.
Pediatric Patient:
• Have knowledge how to prepare the formula milk.
• Sterilize the bottles feeding.
• Burp the newborn.
• Bathing.
• Make sure the safety of the baby.
• Umbilical care
• Vital sign monitoring
