Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair services including cuts, treatments, coloring, perms, and styling
- Client Experience: Accompany clients to the counter and ensure all services are recorded and confirmed.
- Product Recommendation: Suggest treatments and products to address client hair concerns.
- Client Consultation: Understand client desires and hair goals, recommending suitable services and styles.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair care and styling
- Compliance & Cleanliness: Adhere to company processes, policies, and 5S practices, ensuring a neat and clean branch environment.
- Perform threading, make-up, hairpiece fitting, and other client-requested services
- Attend scheduled trainings to enhance skills
- Support team tasks and uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Hairstylist, ideally from medium to large salons with in-house training programs.
- Has undergone technical training in hairstyling.
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional personality: sociable, friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrates initiative and adaptability to change.
- Willing to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-focused environment
Compensation:
- Minimum daily wage (based on assigned location)
- Monthly commissions and performance-based incentives
- Full-time probationary employment status upon hire
