Job Description
- Salary: Php 400-700 / Hour

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy robust n8n workflows for an AI chat agent on Instagram.
- Integrate n8n workflows with the Instagram API for messaging.
- Develop AI-driven conversation flows, including intent recognition and response generation.
- Implement logic for human agent escalation based on predefined triggers or sentiment analysis.
- Set up and manage Supabase (Postgres) databases for conversation history and knowledge base.
- Ensure efficient data structuring for retrieval and analysis.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base within Postgres for the AI agent.
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring within n8n workflows.
- Collaborate with the team on project requirements, updates, and testing.
- Document developed workflows and database schema.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of n8n, including complex workflows, nodes, expressions, and custom JavaScript functions.
- Demonstrable experience with the Instagram Graph API for messaging functionalities.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing Postgres databases via Supabase.
- Experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
- Understanding of database design principles for chat applications.
- Experience in designing and implementing conversational AI and NLP concepts.
- Familiarity with integrating AI/LLM services or building logic for intelligent response generation.
- Experience in creating logic for human handover/escalation paths.
- Strong skills in integrating various third-party APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be currently residing in the Philippines.
