Job Description

I. Sales Payroll and Benefits Function:



• Responsible for the timely preparation of Sales payroll and crediting with the bank.

• Prepare seller’s incentives based on the approved schemes from management.

• Processes payment and reimbursement requests of the department.

• Monitor the department’s expenses and receivables through monthly generation of reports.

• Processes loan requests and evaluates eligibility based on the approved guidelines.

• Perform other tasks as required by his supervisors.



II. Office Administration Guidelines:



• Ensures proper filing of BIR docs, check vouchers, expense reports, and payment requests.

• Assists the department heads with administrative tasks (e.g., printing, scanning, encoding, etc.)



III. Others:



• Perform other duties aside from primary tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Ensures that safety rules, proper etiquette, good housekeeping, and Company policies are being observed and institutes disciplinary measures among his subordinates when established rules and regulations are being violated.

• Communicates to immediate superior any problem encountered in the execution of duties and suggests possible solution that may be thought of.

• Practices good housekeeping daily on tools, equipment, and work area.
