Job Responsibilities: -The agent handles different tasks related to processing documents and keeping records for customer accounts. -Entering, editing, recording, sorting, and summarizing data and documents. -Answering and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information as needed. We are seeking experienced GDS Travel Specialists to join our dynamic travel account team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, travel changes, cancellations, and itinerary management using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle booking, rebooking, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries via GDS
• Provide accurate travel information and recommendations to customers
• Assist with itinerary planning and fare calculations
• Ensure excellent customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Adhere to airline and company policies and guidelines in managing reservations
• Work in a fast-paced, shifting environment to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (minimum educational requirement)
• At least 1 year of experience using a GDS platform
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Amenable to work on-site
