Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring CSR (Customer Service Representatives) to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and service information, resolving concerns with accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a voice and non-voice, back-office role ideal for detail-oriented individuals with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of received information or documents.
Perform routine data audits and clean-up tasks.
Generate basic reports and summaries as needed by supervisors.
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to information security policies.

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
Excellent communication skills - C1
Amenable to work onsite either in Vertis North or Taguig
Willing to work on shifting schedule

Working Conditions:

Office-based
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Computer-based tasks in a quiet environment
May involve flexible schedules or shifting
