Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal and external policies
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Lead the year-end closing process and ensure the timely submission of reports
Manage tax filings and ensure accurate compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate with the BIR and other government agencies for audits, inquiries, and documentation
Utilize accounting software or ERP systems for recording and reporting
Supervise and support junior accounting staff
The initial employment contract is project–based employment
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA)
Certified Public Accountant (CPALE board passer)
Minimum age: 35 years old
At least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience holding a similar role and scope of duties and responsibilities
Solid practical experience in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective internal controls
Has in-depth knowledge of accounting practices and strong exposure to accounting software management
Has strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Has demonstrable competencies in delivering reports to management

Work schedule:
