- Cash Management Finance, Inc.
- Company Description:
- Cash Management Finance, Inc. (CMFI) has been in the financing and lending industry for 3 decades already. It was the former Cash Management & Lending Investors Corp. Incorporated on November 1991. On 17 March 2004, the operation was upgraded to a full-pledged finance company duly licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The main sources of revenue of CMFI are interests from receivables/loan portfolios consisting primarily of small to medium-sized businesses and private entrepreneurs to varied industries. Manila being the main office is concentrated on trade, services, and construction while provincial offices are more on agriculture, fisheries, and their allied support industries. Generally, loans granted are directed toward operating expenses, capital asset purchases, project financing, and personal needs. As we celebrate our 32nd year in the industry, the company offers discounted rates and flexible terms that surely fit your finances. The interest packages vary with respect to (1) term of credit; (2) frequency of payment; (3) type of collateral; (4) proximity; (5) type of client or industry; and (6) nature and size of the loan. The overriding objective, of course, is to maintain the required yield (EY) on funds employed. Aside from the full subscription and payment of the authorized capitalization, the operation is funded primarily by internal fund generation. Moreover, its limited authority to receive deposits from the public and credit lines established with various commercial banks and other finance companies have been providing sufficient elbow room to fund the consistently growing loan portfolio.
