Job Description

Must Have:

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as PMO Analyst. (Non-negotiable)

• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience in Reports Generation. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience in Foreign Asset Inventory. (Non-negotiable)

• Excellent computer skills. (Non-negotiable)

• Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities. (Non-negotiable)

• Good communication skills. (Non-negotiable)

• Good at multitasking.

• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.

• A highly organized person.

Good to Have:

• Experience in banking.

Job Description
Initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG departments and divisions.

Maintains division training plans and tracks actual training execution.

Consolidates and generates various division level reports.

Enforces quality, process, continuous improvement, audit finding closure, and keeps track of CDD department activities and deliverables.

Assists department head in personnel management including seating arrangement, budget versus actuals tracking, recruitment flow, training completion, and performance appraisal flow to ensure CDD compliance to existing ITG and/or bank processes.

Collaborate with CDD heads to continuously improve the division’s delivery outcomes and team engagement.

Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
