Job Description
○At least 3-5 years of experience supporting Senior Management level (preferable in retail, or pharmaceutical industries)
○Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
○Previous exposure to finance or operations-related task is a plus
○Proven experience supporting senior executives in dynamic environments
○Highly organized & capable of handling multiple task simultaneously while maintaining efficiency & quality of work
○Oversee calendars and appointments with efficiency
○Has a initiative to finish task before deadlines
○Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate & exchange ideas with executive committee
○Possesses round decision-making skills in managing responsibilities independently.
