Job Description
You will work closely with our content creation, design, and marketing teams to develop engaging content plans, allocate resources effectively, and measure the success of our campaigns. Your ability to think strategically, manage budgets, and deliver actionable insights will be critical to the success of our social media efforts.
This is an ideal role for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a passion for social media marketing and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Calendar Creation: Develop and maintain detailed content calendars for multiple social media platforms.
Budget Management: Plan and allocate budgets for social media campaigns.
Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including ROI, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
Content Planning: Work with content creators and designers to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality, on-brand content.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Team Coordination: Act as the point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.
Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, improve campaign performance, and maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of paid social media advertising and budget allocation.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on strategy, budgeting, and reporting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Experience creating and managing content calendars for multiple paid campaigns or accounts.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
