Profile 1 -Graduate of any Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or any related field (Physical/Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic/Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Psychology, Nutrition & Dietetics, etc.) Non-licensed. except Nursing Courses & Undergraduates students

Experience Required:
1 year of experience in Direct Patient Care, such as in Long-Term Care, Home and Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management.
Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients, preferred.
OR
1-year BPO member healthcare ( Eligibility, Benefits, Prior Auth ) experience.



Profile 2 - Associate Graduate/College Graduate (Any courses)

Experience Required:

2 years’ experience in Direct Patient Care; such as in Long-Term Care, Home and Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management.
Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients, preferred.
OR
2-year BPO member healthcare ( Eligibility, Benefits, Prior Auth ) experience.

Medication/prescription discussions only

Appointment Setting only

Receptionist task not involving any patient health discussion

Receptionist task or other tasks not involving any direct patient health discussion

Phlebotomy (Blood Extraction) only

Operates medical equipment such as an X-ray machine only

Performs laboratory tests only
