Female
Age: below 38 years old
4 years College Graduate (w/ License)
With experience (OHNAP member)
Knowledgeable in first aiding
Assist employees during consultation and accompany patients that need hospitalization
Issuance of medical report, sickness and documentation
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially in excel
A back up PPE Custodian
Flexible and can work with less supervision
Willing to render overtime as needed

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000
