Job Description
-Must be a College Graduate
-2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/
aesthetic field
-Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
-Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing
teams.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer
booking, staff scheduling.
-Achieve monthly sales target
-Utilize operating expense
-Monitors Branch’s budget and stock availability
-Conducts employee evaluation
-Make stock request twice a month
-Stock delivery and inventory management
-Business compliance, govt mandatory mall policy and guidelines
-Conducts monthly alignment meeting with consultant and resident doctors
-Conducts weekly alignment meeting with branch’s staff
-GAP analysis for not hitting the target
-Monthly competitive reports, services promos, price survey, etc.
-Assure timely availability of qualified Aesthetician through active participation
in training process.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.
Salary Range: Php 25,000- 30,000 salary
