What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and order details
• Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide clear and correct information
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least a high school graduate (old or new curriculum); college undergraduates are welcome
• Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work on-site and attend in-person interviews
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
