Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle insurance policy inquiries, claims, and cancellations with precision.
• Provide accurate information on policy details, coverage, and premiums.
• Process insurance applications and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; background in Insurance, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• No prior insurance experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance systems and tools is a plus but not required.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work well independently or as part of a team.
