Job Description:
As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering quality hair services including haircuts, beard grooming, hair coloring, and scalp massages. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness in your work area, stay updated with current hair trends, follow company policies and grooming standards, and provide a professional and friendly experience to every client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide relaxing neck, back, and scalp massages.
- Expertly apply lather and perform precise shaves for beards, necklines, and temple hair contours using razors.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene by cleaning and sterilizing all tools, including scissors, combs, and clippers.
- Keep work stations tidy and ensure floors are swept after each client.
- Perform haircuts and trims according to client preferences and current styles, utilizing clippers, combs, blow dryers, and scissors.
- Shape and trim beards and moustaches with precision.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and care techniques.
- Suggest suitable styles and hair treatments.
- Measure, fit, and groom hairpieces as needed.
- Provide additional services such as color retouches and hair dyeing.
- Keep up with grooming trends and attend trainings.
- Adhere to all company processes and policies.
- Support team operations and contribute to overall branch performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hairstylist or barber.
- Experience in medium to large salons with in-house training is ideal.
- Completed technical training in barbering/hairdressing.
- Willingness to work during holidays/weekends (with one rest day weekly).
- Excellent communication skills, sociable, and professional attitude.
- Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to take a skills test (with a model) and provide necessary employment documentation (NBI, TIN, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily minimum wage (based on location)
- Achieving targets qualifies for commission and various incentives, paid out monthly.
- New hires will be considered full-time probationary employees.
