Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) officer to join our team. The QA officer will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards through meticulous testing and process evaluations. You will play a key role in identifying defects, improving product quality, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description:

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Conduct testing to identify bugs and ensure high product quality.
Analyze test cases to assess their effectiveness.
Identify quality issues and suggest solutions to mitigate them, including enhancements to the testing process.
Document test processes and outcomes clearly to ensure reproducibility and reliability.
Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Continuously work towards improving testing efficiency and expanding test coverage.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot defects effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
