Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.

Design, build, and deploy robust BI solutions and reports.

Maintain and support analytics platforms (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI).

Develop OLAP cubes and tools to store/analyze data efficiently.

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and system troubleshooting.

Evaluate, enhance, and maintain existing BI systems and ETL pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and consistency.

Create data visualizations and dashboards for business decision-makers.

Develop and execute SQL queries and analytical procedures.

Document technical processes and solutions clearly and accurately.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

5+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in BI or Data Science.

Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist.

Industry experience is required.

Strong foundation in data warehouse design, data mining, and dimensional modeling.

Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI (or similar tools).

Familiarity with ETL frameworks and OLAP systems.

Deep understanding of database management and reporting systems.

Strong analytical skills and a proactive, quality-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
