Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Own and optimize ActiveCampaign: Manage automations, list segmentation, tagging strategies, and campaign reporting.
Oversee project implementation: Coordinate and track progress across teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of business priorities.
Systemize operations: Improve internal workflows, SOPs, and tools to support team efficiency and scalability.
Support leadership: Act as a strategic partner to the founder and senior team — spotting gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing changes.
Liaise with external collaborators: Serve as a communication bridge between developers, creatives, and marketing team members.
You’ll Thrive If You Have:
2+ years experience in an OBM, project management, or digital operations role.
Strong hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign — you understand automation logic, tagging, and list hygiene like the back of your hand.
Comfort with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier.
A high level of autonomy and initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you keep things moving and people informed.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in online education, coaching, or digital product businesses.
Familiarity with web development processes or team coordination.
