Maintenance Engineering Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, including technicians and contractors.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.

Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to identify issues and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, spare parts inventory, and work orders.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support when necessary.

Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruption.

Manage budgets, prepare reports, and recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions.

Conduct safety audits and participate in investigations of equipment failures or safety incidents.

Train and mentor maintenance personnel to improve skill levels and job performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

At least 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and local compliance requirements.
