Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems and production equipment within the facility. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and mechanical safety across all production areas, including piping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment and piping systems.
Review, and oversee layout and installation of process piping within the facility.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and piping-related issues and recommend technical solutions.
Ensure all mechanical and piping systems comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment and system performance.
Manage spare parts inventory for mechanical components and piping materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial plant environments.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems, production machinery, and piping systems.
Experience in food processing or similar industries is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
