Job Description:
Sunny Foods Inc. is looking for a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with experience in the food and grocery sector. This role will oversee sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of food distribution and consumer behaviour. Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Compensation:
₱24,000–₱27,000 during the 3-month probationary period
Increased to ₱30,000–₱35,000 + incentives upon regularization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in food or grocery industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Can communicate in Chinese (advantage but not required)
- Willing to work onsite in Carmona, Cavite
- Salary:
- ₱25,000.00 Monthly
