Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Nursing with valid PRC license
At least 1-3 years of experience in an occupational health setting, corporate clinic, or similar healthcare environment.
Certification from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) or equivalent occupational health training is highly desirable.
Prior experience in handling Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) administration, including employee enrollments, claims, and renewals.
Proven experience in providing first aid and managing workplace accidents or medical emergencies.
Experience in organizing and implementing employee health and wellness programs, such as vaccination drives and health screenings.
Familiarity with preparing and submitting regulatory reports (e.g., DOLE) and ensuring compliance with workplace health standards.
Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc.
