Job Description

The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading technical drawings, using various measuring instruments, and conducting visual and functional inspections. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform accurate quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other tools to measure product dimensions.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate inspections.

Conduct tests on materials and products to assess functionality and performance.

Record and document inspection results, including any non-conformances or defects.

Report quality issues to the production team and assist in resolving any discrepancies.

Maintain detailed inspection logs and reports for traceability and quality assurance purposes.

Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.

Collaborate with other departments, including production and engineering, to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar quality control role.

Familiarity with using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections.

Knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and inspection techniques.

Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and report quality issues.

Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary:
₱17,000.00 Monthly
