Job Description
Facilitate vendor accreditation and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Negotiate competitive rates and terms.
Draft and formalize service agreements and contracts.
Gather manpower requirements per project (e.g., headcount, timeframes, schedules).
Propose and finalize manpower deployment schedules.
Coordinate with agencies to assign the right personnel to each project.
Ensure deployed manpower meets project requirements and schedules.
Serve as the main liaison between project sites and third-party providers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Prior experience working in or with manpower agencies is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers.
Good communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
Basic management skills with a strong sense of organization and file management.
