About the Role
Manulife Philippines is seeking an exceptional Manager to lead a team of Financial Advisors in delivering life-changing financial solutions to Filipino families. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
Track performance metrics, enforce compliance, and ensure productivity standards are metrics
Conduct business reviews, sales training, and one-on-one mentoring sessions

Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 1 years experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and purpose-driven
Must be a Filipino citizen or legally authorized to work in the Philippines
