Job Description

The Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the department. This includes data entry, filing, document handling, record-keeping, and coordination with other units to ensure smooth workflow and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and encoding of relevant information into company systems or spreadsheets.

Prepare, sort, and file physical and digital documents accurately.

Assist in the preparation of reports, forms, and other documentation required by the department.

Maintain organized records of departmental files and correspondences.

Receive and route incoming communications (emails, calls, memos) to appropriate personnel.

Support inventory, billing, or payroll-related tasks (as applicable to department).

Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data integrity protocols.

Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and administrative requirements.

Perform other general office duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate; College level or graduate preferred.

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
