Must be between 25-38 years old
Strong management, data analysis, and communication skills
With previous experience in logistics industry preferably
Proficient in MS Excel/WPS Sheets (import/export, sort, pivot, summarize, analyze, etc.) Able to lead and manage branch supervisors
Able to render prolonged working hours, as may be required in operations
Flexible with RD schedule
Skilled in investigation, conflict resolution, and customer service
Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment
Preferably with 2-3 years working experience as store manager or assistant manager
Able to effectively communicate with subordinates and superiors
For Area NMDs, preferably residing around North Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas,
South Caloocan, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Paranaque, or Muntinlupa
