Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 Gather requirements from the users and the stakeholders.
 Design, build, and deploy BI solutions including reports, dashboards, and
advanced visualizations of information.
 Management and solution of technical incidents.
o Be responsible for diagnosing and supporting Power BI reporting
solutions, including investigating data issues, data validation, scalability,
balancing, and implementing row-level security.
 Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
 Maintain technical documentation, templates, or other reusable knowledge
assets.
 Work independently or with functional analysts to create reports, data sets, and
mechanisms to provide visibility to business data.
 Work in an Agile framework and follow sprint cycles to complete the Software
Development Life Cycle.

Hiring Criteria:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information
Technology.
 Minimum of 3 years' experience in Power BI development required.
 Proficient in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports to meet
business requirements, translating data into informative visuals and reports to
facilitate data-driven decisions.
 Expertise in designing DAX queries on Power BI desktop.
 Knowledge of MDX, M Query, and Power Query.
 Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries to extract and analyze large
volumes of data.
 Experience with Python for data visualization in Power BI required.
 Experience with Paginated Reports, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines needed.
 Experience with Dimensional Models, and Star Schemas for Reporting needed.
 Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
 Proven ability to successfully work and implement multiple projects
simultaneously and manage priorities.
 Tech savvy, optimized work process, action oriented.
 Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
 Can effectively manage complexity and ambiguity.
 Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
 Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
 Basic knowledge of Agile Methodology, SDLC, Waterfall, or any Project
Management Methodology is a plus.
 Experience in scoping, planning, and project management is a plus.
 Good work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
 Willing to work on a graveyard schedule.
 Willing to work in a hybrid setup and attend 3-day, face-to-face planning
sessions at the client site in Megatower (beside Megamall), Mandaluyong
every two months.
 Willing to accept a project-based employment initially for 6-months with a
possibility of renewal.
 Willing to start work immediately.
