What You'll Do:
- Lead development of large-scale features from start to finish
- Contribute to technical design & system architecture
- Be a core player in Scrum teams (planning, delivery, retrospectives)
- Mentor junior engineers & elevate team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in .NET, C#, Azure
- Solid background in Agile/Scrum practices
- Technical leadership in breaking down complex tasks
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
