Job Description
-Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
-Assist with inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.
-Translate documents, emails, or promotional materials from English to Spanish (and vice versa) when necessary.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
-Must be proficient in Spanish language
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-With experience in customer service
Additional Notes:
-This position will be working with a comprehensive solution provider for Revenue cycle management.
-Working Set-up: Remote
-Mondays to Fridays.
