Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver excellent service across assigned accounts
• Address concerns with professionalism and ensure efficient issue resolution
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures
Qualifications:
• Must be a High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (New Curriculum) graduate — account-specific requirements may vary
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules
Working Conditions:
• Office-based role with rotating or shifting schedules
• Must be open to working on holidays and weekends, depending on account assignment
