Job Description
-Prepare agreements and assign contractors based on project requirements.
-Develop and manage manpower schedules aligned with company policies.
-Ensure compliance through site visits and regular monitoring.
-Maintain communication between job sites and third parties.
-Resolve conflicts, check billing accuracy, and evaluate agency performance.
-Establish and maintain professional outsourced manpower practices.
Skills requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 1 year of experience in Manpower Agency Coordination
-With 1 year of experience in Compliance and Site Monitoring
-With 1 year of experience in Conflict and Issue Resolution
-Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
