Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Data Entry: Inputting financial transactions into accounting software.
-Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assisting with invoicing, processing payments, and tracking incoming and outgoing funds.
-Bank Reconciliation: Matching internal financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
-Filing and Document Management: Organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
-Assisting Accountants: Supporting accountants with preparing financial reports, audits, and tax filings.
-Customer/Vendor Communication: Contacting clients or vendors regarding payments, invoices, or account discrepancies.

Qualifications:
-Graduate with a BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Accountancy, or any related finance course.
- Has at least 6 months of experience in accounting
-Associate’s degree or coursework in accounting or finance (preferred)
-Experience in clerical or administrative roles is a plus
